Payment questions
Can I pay in my local currency?
Our base prices are in US dollars (USD). Stripe may offer a converted local-currency price at checkout in supported countries. Check the final amount and currency before paying. The exchange rate includes Stripe’s conversion fee; your bank may apply its own charges. Payment methods and currency availability vary.
Does membership renew automatically?
The free month ends automatically without a charge. To continue, choose and pay for a subscription. Only a paid subscription renews automatically; cancel it through Account → Manage billing.
What is included?
Website membership includes the music catalog, official music videos, stories, and new releases.
Do I need both website and app memberships?
No. Google Play app membership includes website access using the same MYB account. Website-only membership does not include app access. If you already have a separate website subscription, adding an app subscription does not automatically cancel it. Manage website renewal from your account. The Android app is available on Google Play; the iPhone app is available on the App Store.
Can I subscribe in the iPhone app?
The first iPhone release does not offer App Store subscriptions or an in-app trial. Sign in to use the app access available to your existing MYB membership. Contact support if you are unsure which access your account includes.
